4C Strategies delivers solutions ranging from relatively limited assignments, e.g. a risk management workshop – where we steer a managerial team through the process of identifying and assessing strategic, operational, financial and other risks – to general Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solutions to clients with a need to develop and implement an integrated risk management framework. We work according to recognised standards and models and actively contribute towards the development of risk management standards within the International Standards Organisation, ISO.

We work with two basic types of exercises - desktop and simulation exercises. All exercises end with a debriefing and an evaluation. Based on these, recommendations are then developed, outlining how the trained organisation's plans, routines, skills and capabilities can be strengthened.
